I am part of the SATW France team so I want to lead by example! I also lived in Africa for several years and the last time I tried Kili, we had to turn back in last few hours due to bad weather. So I love Africa, I love the challenge and am really looking forward to raising money and promoting our charity in what will also be a fantastic adventure.

I am a regular runner and mountain biker, but am upping the ante on the gym front and trying to get into a decent regime. I am also slowing down on the booze (special occasions only!!) and need to lose about 5kg to get to my fighting weight. Planning some big rides, a triathalon and regular sport to ensure same. Will cut down on the steak frites too. All to play for.
